Inca speech -Heroic Victory
The Sapa Inca must be happy today, as his warriors gained an crushing victory!
Inca Speech -Clear victory Today had been a good day to die, because our warriors won!
Inca Speech-Average Victory Today we had won a battle, but many warriors had died.
Things like that to start.

"Soldiers, friends, brothers! In this grim day, I say to you: Courage and Valour! You are the Soldiers of the Incan Empire, the mightiest of all! Today we face the (civ name), but do not fear! They are savages, barbarians, and even though they call themselves "warrior people", they are just a bunch of priceless peasants! Have no mercy with them! Kill them all! So, grab your clubs and spears and give the Sapa Inca a great victory today! To Battle!"
An idea for an Incan Speech.

If you write it out in english and phonetically in whatever other language you want, the guy I have in mind is a singer who often sings in his non-native language and is very familiar with using a phonics chart to get the words right. So, I might be able to pull it off.
However, I would suggest you pick one language to do all the voices in and stick with it. ou could always use accents to differentiate the key cultures. Just a suggestion.

We need someone who speeks quetchua.... Or at leas, is able to pronounce the words. I strongly suggest we should not make the Inca`s speaking english

Firstly we got to have some final texts. Do we have final texts for the Inca, the Diaguita, the Chimu and the Mapuche? And about the voices, do we need only one or at least three people? Because it will be dull to have one mans voice for 4 civs. Rex, although the units are almost done and i believe the skins will be ready by end of May, i think we are far behind in other aspects.

make them all speak in english, with incan accent. If we make the inca speak in quechua, which is very difficult, we will have to make the mapuche talk mapudungun (harder), and the diaguita speak kakan (impossible, because that language is dead.)

Thats right....
I have a suggestion, the names of the units. Lats make them half Native half English. Such as:
Instead of Balabom Ajuk Tacapy make them Balabom Slingers
