I could give it a try also. I have skinned quite well for other games and am now learning to use GIMP. If you want to give me a model (with instructions on how to get it working! ) and some concept, I will try.

In the data folder. They are just called packs I believe. (I am sorry. I am at school now and I forget.) The pack extractor can be downloaded from the Org. (under tools).

you use the vercingetorix pak extractor. Download it, and look at a tutorial on the ORG. New textures should be placed in data/models_unit/textures. Remember to reference there when you put the file into descr_model_battle.
