The most recent version isn't working right now. The older version which I can put up may be a little buggy but I'll try to put it up some time today.

I think I solved the problem. I'm working hard right now to get all the Maya buildings in. Once I get it I'll compress and send off the file.
- EDIT: got all the originally coded buildings back into the game and tested for the Maya. Now I need to add the additional faces and serpents and such. Then I have to re-edit the CHichen settlement since the changes in the model really changed the look of the settlement. I'll keep you updated.

OK, Chichen is sorta back together. Still needs some tweeking, but I know I need to get the game out to others for work. I'll compress and load it up this evening for you guys to download and test your portions of the mod.

I compressed the mod folder late last night and I will load it up for you guys tonight. Will probably go up late. (well, early for Mel)
Chichen settlement plan is still a little messy, UI stuff isn't complete, I had to remove the 4 turn per year script because it might have been buggy, and the quotes are all vanilla.

Mel is in Greece now so we dont have so much great difference i think. Anyway. We have to work Rah i know but the outcome will be nice. Next week i will be on a greek island, when i come back will burn myself on the comp to do the settlements, already i figured a way to do them quickly and efficiently. You just take care of other stuff until i finish and send ytou the settlements ok? And by other stuff i mea the things you already mentioned above, maybe putting in the descriptions, the traits and the ancillaries

Because of my crappy internet connection where my computer is, I'm having a hard time getting the file online. Its 296mb and right when its almost done, that's when my connection dies. I was up past midnight trying and I tried again this morning. I'll just keep trying or bring it to work and do it here tomorrow. Sorry guys.
In other notes, what you wont see since I was also working files while it was uploading, is: I've figured out the problem with multiple turn per year script, so, that's almost done. There will be three turns per year. I've fixed some more of the Chichen settlement, and I've added some more quotes and need to edit them since I have fat fingers and tend to mispell things. Link to mod folder is in the mail.
Remember, create a new short cut for your Rome Total War, or just copy the existing one to the vanilla. Right click on it and choose 'properties'. It should be the second text window from the top that you can edit. Go to the end of the existing text string and after the last character which should be a " type: -mod:itw_fl -show_err
This should launch the mod and show an errors that it can.
I left the movies enabled because of the menues, so just esc through the opening movies.

Rah, when I try to unpack the ITW files in my RTW folder I get messages sayiing it can't create the folders A_ITW_FL\data\... This shouldn't be happening, right?

Just thinking A-ITW_FL is another folder I have for when I sort of broke the mod and had to rebuild the whole thing. I don't know why those files would be in there at all unless I stupidily compressed the wrong folder.
I'll recompress the folder, I've already fixed much more of Itza and updated the the script to three turns a year and have tested this version for 30 turns.
