anyway to get this discussion bac to the original subject, we are short on hands right now in Inca Total war arent we? I hope that finishing the Inca units will get us out of the stalemate. Keep in mind though that skinning is a very serious face, even more crucial than modelling and i advice our skinners (who are they, anyway?) to take as long as they want in order to produce good results. Maybe we should post at the org to ask for new blood. When the Inca units are skinned they will be ready to put in game so we will have photo captures to attract more people. Come on team, we must take this project aggresively, arrrhhhhh I am the only official skinner for right now. Are you done with the models yet? when you are send me the files I need so I can start.

Dude, your not the only official skinner. You signed on as a skinner, but other people who will skin are official skinners as well. You will be the lead skinner, but not the only official one.
lol, sorry, I needed to get my one rant a day in.

RM3 Sorry I didn't mean to say I was the only one doing the skinning, I just meant I was the only one(as far as I knew) that was signed up to do skinning. I knew that Vuk and filibusteria volunteered to do skinning too, and I'm cool with that. I don't need to be lead skinner, I don't have any sort of ego that needs satisfying. Now lets get some modding done guys ;D

I really have a bad feeling about what is happening right now... Richy seems to have been gone for quite some time... Antarki also seems to have been gone .... Meliritos can handle the moddeling.... Caius and Filibusteria made great job with the map... But what about historicall information ? We have no historically accurate unit list for Chachapoyas, Chimu, names are missing for Diaguita and Aguaruna... with respect, Rex Pelasgorum aka RexDacorum since we havent got information i suggest we do what i proposed. I have detailed references for the Inca, the Aztecs, the Mixtec and Zapotec alliance, and i found about the Maya. These civs are easy to find about because they were the most famous. so I suggest we include them. I made a list for the Maya units. I dont mind if you put the mapuche, the chimu, the chachapoyas or the diaguita in the game, if you find references do that (although it will be hard because thetre are simply not many references for these civs, they werent as prestigious as the ones i proposed. But in the mean time dont exclude civs which were at the time very important, we can find easy references for them and they are easily recognised from every one in the world today

Since this thread is for bad news, I think I will post mine ;D I discovered about a week ago (when opening RTW up for the first time in over a month to take some screenies) that my installation was corrupted. I have been unable to fix it and will need to reinstall RTW. Normally this would take a day, but as I have lent my RTW discs to a friend who I won't be seeing for a week, it will take longer. I will still try my best to skin as soon as I get a new thumb drive to transfer the files to my home computer. (Yes, I lost my thumb drive. No, this isn't an elaborately crafted excuse to shirk - this is really happening to me! (Just when I have a lot of homework due also !))

I dont mind if you put the mapuche, the chimu, the chachapoyas or the diaguita in the game, if you find references do that We already have a mapuche and diaguita unit list with references based on lots of info.
