The most obvious faction-specific traits I need to know about are Faction leaders. I need to know the the names of each faction's faction leader, and anything else that distinguishes them. How did they become leader? I need to know things like that to decide which bonuses the faction leader gets.
Any other faction-specific traits are welcomed. I'm thinking of making one for the Aztecs where if the General "kills" lots of enemy soldiers, he'll get a good trait for capturing people to sacrifice. Any suggestions are welcome.

Ok, about what you asked for. In the mods email, in the Osprey-References file there is the file "Everything you need to know about the AZTECS". Its a pdf file, go to page 50-56. Page 50 you will find names for generals their sons and their daughters. So that covers both the need for names and the need for faction generals. Page 53-56 is a list of emperors with details, so that covers the need for faction leaders. In page 58 you wll find the names of accomplished warriors. I think that covers all you need. Sorry if im not rewriting this, bt you can have the original text, it is useless to write down the names twice
In the osprey book "Aztec, ixtec and Zapotec armies" page 5 of the book or 6 in the pdf pages count one can find a chronology, thats for you Rex to put some events in chronological order for the Aztecs, Mixtec-zapotec and Tlaxcallans. Page 9 of the book there s a diagram with names of Aztec emperors. Page 16 there is Aztec building references Page 20 the names of the 4 tlaxcallan lords b 1519. In the entire book you will alsofind info about the Mixtec Zapotec lineage
In the "Aztec warrior AD 1325-1521" book, page 8 another chronology For Tlaxcallan traits page 61, the story of Tlahuicol (save this name for a Tlaxcallan general also).
Come on people, these book references can provide you with all the info you want, just read them once, they are interesting thing to read and every member must read them once.

Well, because of the extremely soon deadline, there will not be ANY faction-specific traits except for the Faction Leader traits. However, I need a compilation of all of the Faction Leader traits. If I don't get any names and explanations of what their leaders did, I will just leave it as "Faction Leader" for some factions.

I would say for the Inca, they expanded their empire quickly and designed a highly managable administrative system. I don't know if that helps.

Would "faction leader" traits count on rebel generals?
