What are going to be the cultures of each faction FOR SURE, and what faction and culture references are each faction and culture?

Thank you. Can anyone else (like mel or rex) verify that?

I did, but recently things have changed, like in the "Objectives" thread.

Ah, then by all means I will stay out of it and leave these decisions to others.

PEOPLE, DO NOT FORGET THE SPANISH... Just think that after we finish this mod, we are going to make maybe an addon for it, a provincial campaign with the spanish conquest. What are we going to do with them ?

OK, perfect area for this thread. Lots of old members who have come and gone have posts. Man this mod has been going on for a bit.
Anyway. Here is my grand plan for the mod. Feel free to add or berate at will.
We are close to completing Flower Wars. I envision this as a Provincial Campaign within the large Inca mod which we shelved to have something to release. Could we have completed the larger mod in this time? I don't know. But once Flower Wars is released I plan on turning my attention to reorganizing the mod folder for the main Inca campaign which I've already asked Fili and Perszuesz to begin on some chores for it.
Hopefully, with the release of Flower Wars, we'll get more help. Then it will come down to me being a better leader and learning to delegate more.
So, we'll have Flower Wars as the Provincial Campaign and Inca as the Imperial Campaign. Also, I envision a patch of some sort with a custom battle about the Fall of the Itza. This will be nothing more than a long seige of Chichen Itza and the surrounding areas.
If anyone has anything to add or comment on, please tell me. Also, if you feel I can be a better mod leader in any way, tell me that as well. I fell into the job and am generally a do it all myself sort of person. So, I want to make sure those of us that are still on the team; Mel, Jacob, Perszuesz, and Fili are happy and feel like their contributing.
Thanks for everyones hard work and dedication on this. I can't wait to see it once it released.

Yeah, a lot of people came and left, only Elvis lives forever. Now that didn't make sense, now did it?
I think everything is coming together at last. Seeing where we came from that's quite an accomplishment. I think only the Ran No Jidai mod had to completely remake the vanilla game like we did, and the fact they haven't released anything in 2 years says enough about how hard that is.
I like the idea of Flower Wars as a provincial campaign.
I think you did/are doing a good job as a mod leader Rah, the only thing that bothers me is that we have a very small team, but I don't think that's you fault (unfortunately you can't force people to work for a mod).

Well, I think part of the team size is my ability to keep giving work to people and managing people that don't have the highest drive. With the team we have now, everyone is really interested and goes off and does their work and I know they'll come back.
Another thing is, I'm not the best at delegating things. I think when and if we move onto Inca I'm going to try to outsource more of the work.
Mel has contacted St. Gabrial regarding skinning. So, hopefully we'll have a new member and several of the veteran modders on the TWC; Aradan, Thor the Basist, Roman Moan 3, and Makanyane to name a few, have helped us on several occassions.
Thanks for your feed back Jacob.
