Yes, and if we used the custom battle maker thing, we could make the villages be displayed on the campaign map!

or create use the building models from cities, and upgrade the government and stuff from the main city, but the minor one provides uber extras, to represent pop, trade and stuff. Sorry about odd post, typing on the keyboard sideways and losing my train of thought -> -> -> -> -> ;D

Don't they have that in EB? Not sure what you mean.

Hmm, this opens up many possibilities and I think SSJ means we can have the cities appear on the battle maps. I like the idea. I am also hoping to find the time to remodel the actual cities we will see on the battle maps. But that's a whole other topic.

Yes, that is what I was talking about, Rah'Majashan. I think it would be interesting to be able to fight in a small farming village.

Hmmm... Perhaps it would even be possible to make it so that standing your army on a village in the campaign map will increase troop moral (through the trait I plan on making) due to them eating food from the village and relaxing. What do you think? I believe it MAY be possible to make a condition for a trait to be "ended turn on specific tile", so we could just do a trigger for each one...

It is an interesting idea, i agree, but for now, i say we better concentrate on more important stuff. Not to mention that putting villages on campaign map and on battlefield map is likely going to generate many possible CTD`s wich will slow down our progress. It is a great idea, but first we need to have a working mod

Could you guys make the town sprits as if seen from bird eye perspective? Like this Not many mods do this and it will be a neat feature! Each time the town grous larger you could make it bigger.

I know we can make the town CAS models so tha they are personalized for the mod and I suggest we do so for several of the Uniquely south american cities such as Machu Picchu. But that is the closest we can get to birds eye which is how RTW already is. As for the battlemap, I know people have attempted to edit the cities but I'm not familiar with any who have used these in their mods. Then again, I realy haven't played many other mods.

We need to have new city models on the campaign map, that is for sure, due to the fact that Pre-columbian american cityes where not similar with anything from ancient europe...
I guess it wont be that hard, as some mods have managed to do this already (Chivalry, FATW, EB, etc).
