Will there be schools for generals and family members in the cities? If we include them, this could effect traits in two different ways:
1. When a child comes of age, and a school is in the city, the child will have a chance of having some skillful traits. This would simulate the time he had spent at school througout his childhood, learning new and different things. I believe it is possible to create triggers like this.
2. When a family member is in a city with a school, every turn he could have a chance of learning new skills. I am positive that you can create triggers like this.

the Head Scribes of Classic mayan centers sometimes educated young folks in the dynasty and sometimes these royalty even were scribes as well... perhaps a Scribes Hall would be the Mayan 'education' place?
