For the beta, should we make ancillaries? Traits alone will take a lot of work. Should we make ancillaries, too, or just add those in later versions?

Oh, another trait question: what are the names of all of the different faction's faction leaders and why are they chosen? I ask this because I plan on making faction leaders from different factions have different bonsuses. Example: a faction that chooses their king through war challenges would have increased command or troop moral.

we are going to have everything in beta. Dont think of it as a beta, think of it as an official release and we will encounter all problems like we would have done in a beta version but with the same approach as we would have done in an official release. The beta thing would be right if we had sth to go beta about a month ago. If we go for a beta now the official release will come at about 2010 The names of the Aztec leaders you can find them in the Aztecs page. Murfios has found some but they are a little bit confusing, you can use the ones i found and posted. The Aztecs leader was hereditary but if he lost too many battles he would get "sick" and soon die so another one could take his place. So it was obligatory for an Aztec leader to be succesful in campaigns

Aztec emperors were called Hueyni Tlatoani (great speaker) and some other name which I forget meaning ruler of the people.
