As i was writing the Maya building and unit tree, i had this idea i want to talk to you about. In RTW we have units which develop to elite units, to better soldiers. Why cant we have diplomats who have one evolvement, to expert diplomats, who will be scripted to have better diplomacy abilities? All the civs want have him, only the most evolved ones, like the Inca, the Maya, the Aztecs, the Mixtec- Zapotec and the Chimu. What do you think?

good idea! I bet that is something that could be easily accomplished with traits.

I had an idea of diplomats getting a certain trait when spending 1 or more turns in a city with certain buildings(academies or temples of wisdom), giving extra influence.

We could probably do that. How about we try to go more in-depth with agent traits in this game? Instead of having traits like "Good Assassin", he could have his own attributes: strength, sneakiness, creativity... What do you think?

agree. Something like a 'master poison maker' trait would be nice. This traits could be gained from academy buildings,or when performing missions(simular as in RTW).Another idea: family members coming of age in a town with for example a calmecac(aztec school) should maybe get a 'calmecac graduate' trait, giving extra influence, command or management.
