Some factions, like for example Inca, Chimu, Chanca, where consisting of more tribes, expanding over areas inhabited by different tribes and nations.
Should enticity-related traits be part of this mod ?
For example , a general of the Inca Empire who is in fact Aymara, or something like that ?

Perhaps... And I'm pretty sure it's possible to make a trait with the condition of being at war with a certain faction. So if an Inca general is actually Aymara, he could get some negative bonus while at war with the Aymara for people not trusting him.
Also I think it may be possible to make a traits have the condition of owning a certain city... So we could make it more likely to get an Aymara general if you come of age in an Aymara city.
I'm not sure if these are possible, but they should be. Should I test them out?
EDIT: Now that I think about it it wouldn't make any sense to get the trait because you come of age in a certain city, but we could make it so that generals who are adopted or married to have a better chance of it if you control a certain city (I think).

Indeed, it is possible.

only keep in mind we need the more bug free approach. If you are unsure about sth just omit it.

What effect would those ethnicities have? I was thinking that having an Inca who was actually of Aztec decent would get lowered moral when fighting against Aztecs... What effect would the above ethnicities have?
And I think different ethnicities would work for all factions. Once you start conquering Aymara cities, for example, it would make sense that you could get Aymara captains that could be promoted to generals and Aymara nobles to marry your daughters.

Kuk, i like it. Elaborate Vegeta, i do agree, but those ethnicities need to be historically accurate. For example, in the Inca ethnicity, we will have Aymarans, Incas, Quetchua`s, Chimuans, Quitans, but not Aztecs, and so on

You have a point, but there's something you have to realize - after the game starts, it makes changes that AREN'T historical. You can play the Mapuche and your goal can be to take over the map, but that doesn't mean they did. For that reason I think we should aim to be more REALISTICALLY accurate in some places - it makes sense that if the Mapuche conquered the Aztecs, they could get Aztec captains which would could be promoted to generals. That's my opinion, anyway.
