oh and i appreciate the work you ve done, its really great. Nevertheless the book references i had depicted the Incas somewhat different. Can we stick to the references? Its best for the historic accuracy. 1 is for the heavy axeman and the spearman 2 is for the light axeman and spearman and 3 for the sapa inca Please, please follow the references thank you guys you are great

Use simple patterns, just squares, that's funny, because the desighn i used for the models torso was made of simple squares... i dont now why it looks like that.

gyus i write this here but i will write it to other threads as well so you dont miss it. I found some nice textures for the torso and skirts for the units. I will send jpg files with the torso tunics and the skirts done so they will be no stretching and you can take care of all the rest. Dont wory about the skins you have made, keep them. When you receive the jpgs (the tunics are historically accurate) you can cut and paste the tunic and skirts parts and paste it over to the skins you made. Is my english good, do you understand? Sorry to get you in this trouble but i think my textures are nice, you will see. In any case if you dont like them you can use yours. All i ask of you is to wait 2-3 days before you make a final skin, so as to check mine ok? oh i will send the heavy axeman tonight (for me noon maybe for you) so as to see what i mean. Ill try to make the rest quick, i promise i will finish them before the weekend and on monday we can have the full Inca line

Great! But it seems that the torso skin presents the same stretching than all tthe other textures... Why are Carthaginians always the victims?

lol. Meliritios could perhaps help us finish the real look. I think the Mapping is slightly disorted.

lol, nice work Murfios, would you like to do the Inca (since you seem to have it pretty much under control and you can skin a lo better than I, I would hate to have the Inca skins all different.)? Shall I do another civilization? I will be able to start skinning next Monday.

Why are Carthaginians always the victims? yes there is this matter of stretching, but if you make the skinning carefully, you can make the problem less visible. I sent you a skin in the Inca email, that i think demonstrates just that, there is very little distortion in that skin. ill make more semi final skins for you to finish of this weekend

Sure. Il make the models, although I have to depend on someone to put them in game and have him/her set creenies to see if they look good.

Mel, Somehow the skirt gets overlaped by the shirt. So it looks weird. Could this be fixed?
