After carefull considerations, i have decided the following :
1.
We will not have 7 factions in the beta, but 8. I have read a number of historicall resources, combined with a carefull reading of the posts of Antarki, wich make the introduction of the CHANCAS as an eight faction, imperative ! We cannot launch even a Beta version wich lacks such an important faction ! 8 Factions would not mean too much extrawork !
2.
Someone please test the models of Richy ! I had in these days some real life issues wich prevented me from making any real progress, but people, please ! We have awesome models wich need to be tested !
3.
Map and skins should be prioritary !
4.
Establish number of provinces, more loading screens (the ones made by Murfios and Filibusteria are great -we need more !), real family icon portraits (the one`s i`ve seen so farr are largely unsatisfying), new informations about the Diaguita !
5.
A number of important and experienced modders from the ORG have granted us support ! So, we really need to do something, and really fast !
We have went now quite farr...

Which culture are these Chancas going to belong to? Incan, Mapuche, Chimu, Augaruna, or are they going to have a unique culture?

Filibusteria, since you're going to have to patch to version 1.5 anyway once we finish the mod, you may as well do it now so that you can help test models if you want to.

Filibusteria, since you're going to have to patch to version 1.5 anyway once we finish the mod, you may as well do it now so that you can help test models if you want to. hmmmm... theres a problem. The original RTW was from a friend of mine, he copied it into an external hard disk for me, and downloaded a crack, so i could play without the cd. After that, I downloaded the Middle earth total war mod whithout knowing my rtw version and without making a copy. So the game didn't work and my friend messed up all the files so i could play the original game again. So, i had the game split in many folders. Later, i downloaded v1.3 patch, and when i tried to run it, it said that no previous Rome Total War Installation was found!! What can I do?

1). Download vannila RTW from the torrents. 2). Download patches 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5 with crack for 1.5 from the torrents (if you dont have them, i send them somehow) THIS IS FOR EVERYBODY WHO HAVE A WAREZ VERSION OF THE GAME. The best thing to do is to buy the RTW gold Edition, then upgrade with the patch 1.5. I have get the original Gold Edition around 15$ on Ebay... there are many differences compared to the "cracked" edition, including faster loading times

Rome shouldn't be too expensive now. Here in the United States, the price has dropped quite a bit.
And if you want to be sure that you'll get your order from ebay, you can check their selling history and see if they have negative comments. As long as they have sold a lot of things and their customer satisfaction is above 90%, you don't have much to worry about.

If you have a P O box that should not be a problem

I downloaded the models, but haven't time to test them yet. As soon as their tested I will start skinning.
