Its hard to tell, since the toqui title was selective and not hereditary. Maybe you could put something like "The wise men's favourite" or "The ono who has a little less strength than the actual toqui"(of course in fewer words)

it is incredible how such a simple thing as the factions heir can turn so complicated and difficult..... Whats the name for the faction's heir in M2TW for the holy roman empire? Pehaps we couls use something like that, since the heir was also elected..
